Weekly Air Quality in Selected Towns of Sri Lanka
19th – 25th June 2023
The Air Quality (AQ) report for this week indicates poor conditions. For sensitive groups, the air quality in Akurana, Digana, Kandy, Colombo, Battaramulla, Gampaha, and Negombo was moderately unhealthy. The highest weekly AQI (Air Quality Index) was recorded in Kandy at 72, while Dambulla had the lowest.
